ERT SAR (Emergency Response Team) is a domestic UK and International RESILIENCE, EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS & DISASTER MANAGEMENT Search and Rescue Organization. It is also an NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL UMBRELLA Membership Body.

PAKISTAN 3

We have called this Pakistan 3 - but it is more to reflect the ongoing work of ERT in Pakistan.

We have been active in Pakistan since the terrible earthquakes of 2005. 

  • It started with our Emergency Response deployment during the earthquakes.
  • Then we were involved in various 'Recovery Phase' activities - including Medical Treatments and Indirect Impact disaster management in remote areas.
  • We are currently active stakeholders in various Pakistan Civil Defence and Capacity Building Projects.

This has culminated in our proud announcement of our shared involvement in building Pakistan's resilience capabilities against disasters in future.

We have proudly participated in numerous programmes at many levels including Federal, Provincial, District / tehsils... which has culminated in the development of Pakistan's Civil Defence and the development of ERT Pakistan.



This deployment is ongoing so it is expected that more news will be posted here and elsewhere on our website.
